About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by 4T Commercial Kitchen Services, LLC ("4T Kitchen," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or accepting service from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

We provide commercial kitchen repair, preventive maintenance, HVAC/HVACR support, and emergency services to businesses in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Services Provided

4T Commercial Kitchen Services offers the following services to commercial clients:

  • Commercial refrigeration repair and maintenance
  • Commercial cooking equipment repair
  • HVAC and HVACR support
  • Preventive maintenance plans
  • Emergency same-day repair service

All services are performed within our service area covering the DMV region — Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Services outside this area are provided at our discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates and quotes we provide are subject to change. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the equipment, parts availability, and the scope of work discovered during diagnosis or service.

We will communicate any significant changes to an estimate before proceeding with additional work. A diagnostic or service call fee may apply and will be disclosed at the time of scheduling.

Scheduling & Timelines

While we make every effort to respond and complete service as quickly as possible — including same-day service where available — we do not guarantee specific arrival times or completion timelines. Delays may occur due to parts availability, prior appointments, travel time, or circumstances beyond our control.

Scheduling a service appointment does not constitute a guarantee of a specific arrival window unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Manufacturer Defects

4T Commercial Kitchen Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, underlying conditions, or manufacturer defects present in equipment prior to our service. Our technicians will identify and communicate known issues, but we cannot guarantee discovery of all pre-existing problems during a standard service call.

Equipment warranties, recalls, or manufacturer-related issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or the equipment owner.

Customer Responsibilities

By requesting our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the equipment, its condition, and the nature of the issue
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the equipment and service area
  • Inform us of any known hazards or conditions on the premises
  • Ensure that someone authorized to approve work is present or reachable during the service visit

Inaccurate or incomplete information that affects the scope or safety of our work may result in additional charges or the inability to complete the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4T Commercial Kitchen Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, equipment downtime, or loss of business.

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

Services Provided "As-Is" Where Applicable

Certain advisory services, assessments, or consultations are provided on an informational basis and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our assessments will identify every issue or that equipment will perform to a specific standard after service.

All repair and maintenance work is performed using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue service at our discretion. This includes situations where unsafe conditions exist, where accurate information has not been provided, or where we are unable to safely or appropriately complete the requested work.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the DMV region (Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
